M7 Planning is actively seeking land for promotion. We focus on land without planning permission and work closely with land owners, local councils, housing associations and community organisations across the South of England to create new housing developments that we are proud of that enrich the housing sector and give home buyers greater choice in the new homes market.
We are currently looking for new locations in North Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey and we welcome enquiries from land owners or land agents with land to sell.
Our strategic approach to new home developments means we view any land transaction as a partnership with the vendor and we strive to work with land owners and agents to the benefit of all involved.
